I have three new fosters in my garage needing names. There are two more also in the litter but the ones I have right now are a solid black long haired and two orange/tan with white. Chuck wanted to name the black male long haired, star on chest and very long white tufts Velvet. I had in my head violet but I don't think either name goes for a male. Velvet more than Violet that is for sure. Pictures will be posted soon. I named one of the others Tanner. Still need another name. The gender of the black was confirmed at the vet. I was pretty sure he was a boy but sometimes that long hair makes it difficult. He is the sweetest thing and one of the loudest purrers on the planet. His two siblings are a little more reserved at this point. They let me pet them and will purr but they don't take the initiative as the black one does. They are kind of like where Tuxie was. Tuxie however now takes the initiative. If I'm close to his cage he'll put his paw through the bars to get my attention. The other two in the litters are another solid black long hair and a calico named Peaches who likes to ride on Chuck's shoulders while he is doing everything. He said she almost fell asleep cause she almost fell off. I have got to get some pics of all of them so I can post them.
Checkers/Tucker and Tanner have been adopted. Casper and Peaches have also been adopted. And the oldest but the newest to me - a calico Kappa - got adopted today.

ReplyDeleteChuck now has Epsilon - a shy black female and Lambda - a dominant male cat up at Petsmart looking for forever homes. I finally got Epsilon out of her litterbox today! She will loose her double cage this week because as many as 6 more cats might go up this week.
