Tucker is 5 months old, current on vaccines and is recently neutered. Cindy, his foster Mom, says he is one of the sweetest fosters she has had. I'm wondering if he will even make it in the cage because if the right person is at Petsmart when she goes to put him in, he may get scooped up before he even goes in.
